The first step is to submit an online application or to call our office if you have more questions.  Viewings will be arranged at times to suit you, including evenings and weekends, and you will invariably be accompanied by a member of staff, who can give advice and answer any questions you may have.

  • Since the monthly statement is prepared in QuickBooks, it can be passed directly on to your accountant in electronic format to facilitate preparing your annual income taxes.
  • This reporting system will keep you informed on the current operation of your rental property.
PROPERTY INSPECTIONS
  • Periodic inspections of all properties are made to assure tenants are maintaining and adhering to the terms of the rental agreement.

After regular business hours during the week and on weekends our phone line and email are forwarded to one of the owners or a member of the Frontenac Property Management Team.  In addition, we also have staff working in to the evenings and full time on weekends to ensure showings can take place at optimal times and property issues are dealt with in a timely manner.
